French has always been part of Byphasse’s DNA. It’s the native language of its creators, and it’s reflected on all the brand’s products, because it’s in French that we think and develop our products. It’s a language that’s widely used in the world of cosmetics and beauty, not least because so many innovations in the sector emerge from France. And let’s not forget that it was in France that the very first Byphasse products were sold, over 20 years ago, and that it is our reference market.
So it was therefore natural for Byphasse’s to offer to its employees, who come from the four corners of the world, the opportunity to take French lessons during their working hours. The news was welcomed with great enthusiasm by the teams, who all signed up for the course.
Besides enabling employees to learn a new language, this course is an opportunity to strengthen the cohesion and the complicity within the Byphasse teams.
