Our Quality & Regulatory team had the pleasure of attending the Mintel Rooftop Session in Barcelona, an event aimed at professionals from the food and cosmetics industries. Everyone was there to discuss the future of new consumer trends resulting from consumers’ growing awareness of the importance of eco-responsibility.
The presentations were a rich source of information on new consumer behaviours in the face of the current climate crisis but also a source of inspiration for Byphasse thanks to the various examples of innovation and initiatives proposed by certain brands to meet new consumer expectations.
Thus, how can we continue to offer quality products at accessible prices to all, and that respond to eco-responsibility issues? Knowing that developing an eco-responsible product, or converting an existing product into an eco-responsible one, represents an additional cost for the companies, how can brands continue to offer high quality products at accessible prices? Without a doubt, this is one of the greatest challenges of our times.
It’s up to brands to work to find the right formula to respond to this reality and help move things forward in the right direction, for a better future for all.
